Heritage Classic[]
CA Real San Diego plays for the Heritage Classic against Bayern Baltimore. The rivalry is named in recognition of the fact that the two squads are named to reflect the ethnic heritage of their respective cities.

Real's alternate logo
By decision of Real's owner, the team is the "Oregon" of the league. As such, befitting a team outfitted by Nike, Real has eighth different uniforms to choose from: red and yellow home kits, based on the colors of the San Diego city flag, two white road kits which use the same colors, a blue kit representing San Diego's location on the coast of California and a "blackout" all-black kit in addition to a United States Marine Corps desert camouflage-themed kit that will be worn at Edmonton City AC in Week 7. Finally, the eighth kit is a San Diego Sockers-inspired throwback, which will be worn for the Heritage Classic.
The uniforms will be slightly redesigned for Season 2.
